Company Overview
EAM structures, advises and manages investment funds specialising in renewable energy, and in particular wind and solar power. The business has grown rapidly in its first five years. EAM's in-house expertise covers equity raising, advisory services for third party investors, bank financing, portfolio management and reporting. Today, EAM manages assets totaling €113m and advises €132m. Our total portfolio, including debt, exceeds €1billion.
EAM manages two closed end infrastructure funds (FCPRs) designed for institutional clients and family offices, and advises seven local investment funds (FIPs) structured for retail investors. Our goal: to generate attractive long-term returns from high quality assets that produce sustainable cash flows.
An investment in any one of EAM Funds earns you a commitment to strive for the best risk managed returns possible. Its belief is that while the markets seem increasingly prone to volatile up and down swings, investors should not have to endure that same level of stress. For this reason, a growing number of investors in Europe, both institutional and retail, are attracted to its regulated rate-base business, and its capacity to set up partnerships with great developers.
Its funds are invested in long-life, high quality infrastructure assets that generate stable and growing cash flows with high barriers to entry and low maintenance capital requirements. This defensive approach is designed to create superior performance over the long term.
EAM management aims for the best risk/return profile: ie investment in fully permitted wind and solar projects which cover the optimum phase of the wind/solar energy value chain. It believes this offers investors better protection and higher capital appreciation.
