Alain chairs EAM, supervises the management of the company and its funds. After founding Eolfi in 2004, he created Eolfi Asset Management.
Before establishing Eolfi, Alain founded the consulting firm Transvers dedicated to IT and renewable energy. An experienced entrepreneur, he has built successful businesses, including Compagnie du Lit and Société Européenne d'Agencement (As du Placard).
Alain is a qualified Civil Telecommunications Engineer. He holds a MSc. in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and an MBA INSEAD.

Nicolas joined Eolfi in 2005, seconding Alain Delsupexhe throughout the creation of the first VCMF and early growth of Eolfi. This experience gave him in-depth knowledge of the industry and working of the French wind power market. Having structured Eolfi's administrative, financial and legal framework, he now runs the management company. Nicolas is a member of the Executive Committee and he supervises wind farm acquisition and divestment strategy with the utmost care of optimizing funds performance. Prior to Eolfi, he worked for five years in the financial markets for Banque d'Orsay and Groupe Martin Maurel.

Nicole joined EAM in 2007. Prior to EAM, Nicole worked for five years as analyst and partner in M&A with UK/US investment banks in Paris and London. Previously, she worked for two years as a Consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton. Nicole graduated from HEC St. Gall Diploma (Switzerland) and holds an MBA INSEAD. She speaks five languages.

Before joining EAM in September 2011 as General Council, Anne-Claire worked as a lawyer during 6 years within the "Energy" team of the law firm, Norton Rose LLP where she was involved in transactions and financings in the renewable energies field. She also worked in London and Paris in various important British firms.

Pierre has a professional experience in banking for more than 30 years. Before joining EAM in 2011, he worked for 12 years in the credit management on the whole business line at the Parisian branch of Hypovereinsbank and for 10 years as treasurer in the same bank. Pierre started its career as Market Maker in Crédit Lyonnais.

Holder of a qualification from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, Thibault joined EAM in 2009 as an analyst after a 6-months internship. Thibault is in charge of the analysis of investment opportunities, of financing structure, of investments following and divestment processes along with funds valuation. He is surrounded by a team composed of 3 people.
